Royal Stimulate is based on protein remodeling with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), designed for skin lifting and correcting various skin atrophies, wrinkles, scars, and volume loss. PLLA works by stimulating fibroblasts to produce endogenous collagen, leading to gradual synthesis of new collagen fibers, improving skin tone and facial volume.

Indications for use:

• Facial volume compensation (e.g., fat atrophy, sunken cheeks, flattened zygomatic area)
• Reduction of wrinkles and fine lines
• Improvement of skin elasticity and texture
• Rejuvenation of specific areas (arms, hands, body, décolleté)

Application Protocol:

• 3-6 PLLA sessions recommended, with intervals of 4-6 weeks, and repeat if necessary after 18-24 months.

Application Steps:

1. Remove the Royal Stimulate vial cap and clean the area with antiseptic.
2. Add 4-8ml of injectable water, using a syringe with a needle size of 18G to 25G. Water must be added gently to the vial.

Recommended Dilution:

• 6-8ml for large areas in patients with high elastosis, sagging skin, and little localized fat.

Advanced Dilution:

• 4-4.5ml for volumetric effects in patients with dense, firm skin with localized dysmorphic tissue.

Allow the vial to rest for at least 3 hours to ensure complete hydration without shaking. After the resting period, gently agitate the product to obtain a translucent suspension or mix it using the Royal Stimulate Device at 1000 rpm for 44 minutes.

Additional Steps:

• For comfort, up to 2ml of local anesthetic (e.g., 2% lidocaine) can be added before patient application.
• Use an 18G-22G needle to draw the product with a 3ml or 5ml syringe (as per the professional’s choice).
• Attach a 25G cannula to the syringe and apply it to the target area. A local anesthetic bolus can be applied before puncturing the area.

Complete the procedure by performing a vigorous massage on the treated areas where the solution was applied. At this stage, the patient’s face may feel warm, which is normal.
